Miaoli County prioritizes 165 hectares for industrial expansion amid Zhunan Science Park saturation

Miaoli County is moving forward with plans to expand industrial land to meet growing demand, with officials prioritizing the development of 165 hectares around Gongyi Road in Zhunan. This initiative addresses the increasing saturation of the existing Zhunan Science Park, a key hub for technological development in Taiwan.

The county government, led by Magistrate Chung Tung-chin, is actively engaging with national bodies, including the Ministry of the Interior's National Land Services Agency and the Science Park Administration. These efforts, supported by legislator Chen Chao-ming, aim to accelerate the land development process.
