Minister Biruta Calls for Professionalism and Discipline Among Correctional Service Staff

Rwanda's Minister of Interior, Vincent Biruta, has stressed the importance of professionalism and discipline among staff of the Rwanda Correctional Service (RCS). Minister Biruta delivered his remarks during the closing ceremony of a three-day retreat for senior RCS officials held at the Rwanda Military Academy in Gako.
