Miss Grand Vietnam 2026 Launches: Who Will Represent Vietnam Internationally?

The Miss Grand Vietnam 2026 pageant has officially kicked off, inviting aspiring beauty queens to vie for the chance to represent Vietnam on the international stage. The organizing committee has released the official rules, setting the stage for what promises to be a highly anticipated competition.

This year's pageant is open to Vietnamese female citizens aged between 18 and 35. Applicants must possess a charming appearance, stand at least 1.63 meters tall, and meet stringent criteria including never having been married, given birth, or undergone gender transition. A high school diploma is also a prerequisite, ensuring that contestants are well-educated.

The competition will culminate in the selection of a top 5, with one crowned Miss Grand Vietnam and four others receiving the title of runner-up. The grand prize includes a substantial cash award of 300 million Vietnamese dong, alongside various subsidiary awards recognizing excellence in areas such as public speaking, audience favor, fashion, and stage presence. The deadline for applications is June 11th, and the crowned queen will compete at Miss Grand International 2026, slated to be held in India later this year.

Vietnam has a strong track record at Miss Grand International, notably with Nguyễn Thúc Thùy Tiên's historic victory in 2021, marking the country's first-ever win at the pageant. More recently, Lê Hoàng Phương secured a top 5 finish and the Best National Costume award in 2023. These successes, along with strong performances from other representatives like Đoàn Thiên Ân, Nguyễn Thị Loan, and Nguyễn Hà Kiều Loan, have cemented Vietnam's reputation as a formidable contender in the international beauty pageant circuit. The pageant itself has also been hosted in Vietnam twice, further highlighting the nation's engagement with the event.
