MK Group Acquires Dijamant from Fortova Group

MK Group has officially acquired Dijamant, a prominent Serbian food company, from Fortova Group. The transaction, finalized after receiving necessary regulatory approvals, is hailed as one of the most significant acquisitions in the food and agriculture sector across the Adria region.

This strategic move is poised to bolster MK Group's Agri-Food division, reinforcing its long-term commitment to maintaining a leading position in the regional food and agriculture industry. The company plans to enhance operational efficiency, elevate product quality, and foster innovation within Dijamant, aiming to create added value for the company, its employees, partners, and consumers.

Fortova Group noted that Dijamant has become a highly competitive and technologically advanced company in recent years, thanks to substantial investments that doubled its production capacity and strengthened its brand portfolio. With its strong innovative and human resources, Dijamant is well-positioned for the development activities planned by MK Group.
