The show focuses on helping clients find suitable homes, and this episode highlights Dongtan's appeal as a residential base for those working in high-tech industries.

Dongtan has gained significant attention for its growth, particularly its role as a residential area supporting the semiconductor industry. The program noted that the city has seen a substantial increase in apartment prices, ranking first in cumulative apartment price growth in the first half of 2026.
