Modern poultry complex to be built in Kyrgyzstan with 1.7 billion som investment

In a significant move to bolster its agricultural sector, Kyrgyzstan is set to develop a state-of-the-art poultry complex in the Keminsky district of the Chuy region. The National Agency for Investment, led by Ravshanbek Sabirov, has formalized this ambitious project through an investment agreement signed with Askat Abdrakhmanov, the general director of "Agro Kush" company.

This initiative represents a substantial expansion of existing poultry farming operations. The plan includes the construction of 24 new poultry houses across two additional sites, alongside a dedicated feed production plant designed to process 30 tons of feed per hour. This integrated approach underscores a commitment to enhancing the entire poultry production value chain within the region.

The project carries a hefty price tag, with total investments projected to exceed 1.7 billion Kyrgyz soms. This substantial financial commitment highlights the government's strategic focus on developing the agro-industrial sector. Beyond increasing production capacities, a key objective of this venture is the creation of new employment opportunities, thereby contributing to the economic development and stability of the Keminsky district and the wider Chuy region.
