Mokdong Yunseul Xi to Offer 651 Units Near Omokgyo Station

A new residential complex named Mokdong Yunseul Xi is set to be built on the former KT site near Omokgyo Station in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. The development will offer a total of 651 units, ranging from 114 to 203 square meters.

Residents will benefit from convenient access to public transportation, with the Line 5 Omokgyo Station nearby. The area also boasts a well-developed infrastructure, including the Hyundai Department Store Mokdong branch, the Mokdong academy district, broadcasting stations, and Omok Park.

The project aims to blend the practicality of standard apartments with the luxury of high-end residences. All units will be large-sized, and the exterior will feature "Yunseul," a work by artist Ned Kahn, designed to create a landmark appearance that changes with the wind and light.

High-end community facilities are also planned, including a sky community on the 47th floor with a wine reserve, dining room, guest house, and a cinema/music room. A rooftop garden and the "Concorde Club by Josun" operated by Josun Hotels & Resorts will also be part of the complex.
