He stressed that European integration must be accompanied by the integration of Moldova's economy into international markets and circuits.

His statements align with Prime Minister Vasile Tofan's announced priorities for the new minister, which include resolving issues within state-owned companies, reducing budget expenditures, and removing obstacles for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Năsui acknowledged that while economic growth forecasts may be pessimistic, Moldova possesses significant development potential that requires reforms. He likened these reforms to medicine, which can be difficult to administer in the short term but can yield positive long-term effects. Năsui previously served as the Minister of Economy in Romania and accepted Prime Minister Tofan's proposal to lead the ministry in Moldova. He took the oath of office on Friday.
