Moniepoint partners ALU to train tech leaders

Financial technology company Moniepoint Inc. is investing in its future leadership by partnering with the African Leadership University (ALU) School of Business. The collaboration launches a 13-week executive development program designed to cultivate a robust leadership pipeline and enhance the capabilities of its managers.

The program focuses on equipping Moniepoint's managers with essential skills in leadership, strategic management, and data-driven decision-making. It employs a blended learning approach, combining in-person sessions, virtual classes, and self-directed study across two tracks: Strategic Management and Leadership, and Data-Driven Decision-Making.

Tosin Eniolorunda, Group Chief Executive Officer of Moniepoint Inc., emphasized the program's role in developing world-class leaders committed to innovation and financial inclusion throughout Africa. He stated that building local talent is crucial for Nigeria's digital economy to compete globally, asserting that the leaders emerging from this program will be instrumental in ensuring Moniepoint's infrastructure effectively reaches small business owners.
