Morena, Mexico's ruling political party, has inaugurated its largest Municipal Council of Sectional Defense Committees for the Transformation in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. The national leader of Morena, Ariadna Montiel Reyes, announced the establishment of this significant local body through social media.
