The National Rally of Independents (RNI) party in Morocco is prioritizing the development of a capable youth to carry forward its political vision. Yassine Okacha, head of the RNI's parliamentary group, stated that the party's current focus is on "empowering a qualified youth generation capable of carrying the torch and ensuring the continuity of the party's political project."

Okacha elaborated on the concept of "legitimacy of the future," which he outlined during a workshop in Agadir. This legitimacy rests on three pillars: political courage rooted in national faith and commitment to achieved results; steadfastness in strategic choices despite circumstantial shifts; and a firm stance against systematic campaigns of misinformation targeting government efforts and party members. He framed this as a battle to "affirm serious political and institutional practice."

Addressing the government's performance, Okacha, speaking in the presence of the party leader and head of government, asserted that "Akhannouch's government has moved beyond routine daily management towards formulating long-term reform structures," fulfilling its "legitimacy of achievement" by meeting constitutional commitments and presenting interim results.

He further noted that the government navigated public finance challenges in a complex economic climate not through austerity, but through "bold fiscal reforms" that mobilized additional financial resources for social programs and major structural changes. The next phase, he concluded, involves "sustaining achievements and improving ongoing programs," which requires "vision, competence, and political will," while criticizing "marginal conflicts" that do not advance public policies or citizen trust.

Anis Birou, a member of the RNI's political bureau, discussed social protection as a cornerstone of the state's project, emphasizing citizen dignity as central to public policies. He praised the event's dynamic, which included Moroccan youth from abroad, reflecting their connection to their homeland and desire to contribute to development. Birou explained the social state's philosophy as providing "realistic and practical answers to various forms of disparity and feelings of inequality and unfairness" by ensuring equitable access to vital services, in line with royal directives and constitutional principles.
