MUJI Launches New Cooling Bedding to Beat Summer Heat

As summer temperatures and humidity rise, MUJI, the Japanese lifestyle brand, is offering a solution for those seeking to stay cool without constant air conditioning. The brand has introduced seven new cooling bedding products aimed at creating a comfortable sleeping environment and reducing energy consumption.

The MUJI cooling collection focuses on material innovation. Products like the cooling blanket and cooling mattress pad utilize unique fabric processing techniques. These methods minimize pilling, ensuring a smooth texture against the skin, and enhance heat transfer efficiency, providing a refreshing sensation. The range includes a reversible cooling pillow made with a gel and polyurethane double-sided material, allowing for flexible use depending on the season and situation. Other items in the collection feature cooling pillowcases, pillow pads, multi-purpose cushions, large floor cushions, bed sheets, and thin blankets, all designed with a light color palette to visually contribute to a cooler atmosphere.

Complementing the bedding, MUJI's cooling bath and body care line incorporates menthol as the primary cooling agent, along with six types of plant-derived moisturizing ingredients.
