Nadia Beller's medical report states she suffered multiple gunshot wounds

Nadia Beller, currently hospitalized at Clínica de las Américas in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, has sustained multiple injuries from firearm projectiles, according to a medical report obtained by LA NACION. The report details wounds affecting her right breast, right arm, and left shoulder and neck, including a comminuted open fracture of the right humerus.

The clinic confirmed that Beller, 33, is approximately five weeks pregnant, a detail she had previously shared, though she had stated she was four months pregnant and identified Fernando Cerimedo as the father.

Beller was admitted via ambulance accompanied by health personnel and police. Her condition was assessed by a multidisciplinary team including specialists in Gynecology, Thoracic Surgery, and Traumatology. Radiographic studies revealed a comminuted fracture of the proximal third of the right humerus with displacement and metallic fragments in adjacent soft tissues. A foreign body was also identified in the right infraclavicular region without signs of thoracic penetration, and a projectile wound on the left supraclavicular area showed no bone compromise.

Due to the severity of her injuries upon arrival, Beller underwent emergency surgery and was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit for postoperative monitoring. While in the ICU, she has shown improvement, maintaining lucidity and no apparent neurological deficits. She has reportedly engaged in conversations with media outlets. The clinic stated that Beller remains hemodynamically stable and could be discharged within 24 to 48 hours, depending on her overall recovery.
