Nam Long Exhibition Showcases Projects Starting at 1.5 Billion Dong

Nam Long is turning a 4,000-square-meter exhibition space into a showcase for its property portfolio, from social housing and affordable homes to luxury projects. Nam Long Experience 2026 will take place at Hall B2 of the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City and will open free of charge to homebuyers, families, long-term investors and others interested in the property market.

The developer says visitors will be able to explore urban developments and product lines through models, images, technology experiences and interactive activities. The display will also provide project information, financing policies and activities connected with Nam Long’s broader ecosystem.

The products range from EHomeS social housing and EHome affordable homes to Flora apartments, Valora townhouses and villas, and the Legacy Collection. Nam Long says commercial housing at the exhibition will range from about 1.5 billion to 20 billion dong, depending on the project and property type.

Featured developments include Waterpoint, Mizuki Park, Elyse Island, Izumi City and Nam Long II Central Lake. Waterpoint in Ben Luc, Tay Ninh province, covers 355 hectares and has about 5.8 kilometers along the Vam Co Dong River. Its operating facilities include sports, a marina, a community club, an international school, a clinic and retail space.

Mizuki Park in Ho Chi Minh City covers 26 hectares, with about 103,000 square meters of greenery and 17,000 square meters of canals. More than 4,000 families live there, according to Nam Long, and the company will hold a launch ceremony for Tower T3 in the Trellia Cove compound. Elyse Island in Dong Nai covers 45 hectares and features villas, a marina, a clubhouse, a riverside pool, sports facilities, restaurants, cafes and a wellness complex. Izumi City spans 170 hectares along the Dong Nai River, while Nam Long II Central Lake in Can Tho covers 43.8 hectares, with more than 60% allocated to landscape, water, transport and community facilities.
