Natalie Portman becomes a mother for the third time

Natalie Portman has become a mother for the third time, giving birth to her first child with partner Tanguy Destable in Paris last month, according to the report.

Portman’s son Aleph, 15, and daughter Amalia, nine, are from her marriage to French director and choreographer Benjamin Millepied. Public information about Destable, the child’s father, remains limited.

Because she believed it would probably be her last pregnancy, she said she wanted to enjoy every moment.

In a recent interview with Bunte, Portman also reflected on love, saying the word felt too limited in English. She noted that German has different terms for love of friends, children, work, art, nature and oneself, as well as romantic love, and said putting all of those meanings into one word felt too narrow.
