National Security Announces Broad Transfer Movement

Morocco's Directorate General of National Security has announced its annual personnel movement, facilitating the transfer of 1,506 police officers. These officers, spanning various ranks, specializations, and professional backgrounds, will move between different security directorates, regions, and central services nationwide.

The annual transfers, a customary summer event, are integrated into a broader strategy for managing staff mobility within the national security services. This year, a total of 3,276 employees benefited from these redeployments, reflecting a systematic approach to personnel management.

Beyond the regular transfers, the Directorate General places significant emphasis on social and health-related cases, as well as family reunification. An expedited process addressed the urgent needs of 200 employees, while an additional 1,570 officers were transferred through an exchange system.

The Directorate General prioritizes responding to employee transfer requests, provided they meet established professional standards and ensure the continued efficient operation of security services. This approach balances the needs of individual officers with the operational requirements of the national police force.
