New Taipei candidate Su Chiao-hui praises Yunlin Association's unity

Legislator and New Taipei mayoral candidate Su Chiao-hui lauded the unity and "Yunlin spirit" of the Sanchong Yunlin Association during a recent event, emphasizing the significant presence of people from Yunlin County residing in New Taipei City.

Su noted that over 800,000 people from Yunlin call New Taipei home, with Sanchong serving as a primary settlement point for many. She praised the association for its diligence and its long-standing commitment to public welfare, including organizing blood drives, material donations, and medical equipment contributions.

"I hope fellow villagers will support me, and that in the next four years we will continue to create a new generation for New Taipei together," Su stated, linking her campaign to the values of hard work and grounded effort characteristic of the Yunlin spirit.

Looking ahead, Su outlined her vision for New Taipei, which includes not only continuing infrastructure development but also building a strong city brand to attract more attention and affection. She proposed tourism initiatives like the "New Crown Coast" and "Diamond Mountain City" to leverage the region's natural resources. Su also pledged to implement comprehensive welfare policies, including "six major welfare policies," "four major youth support policies," and "three major family care policies," to make New Taipei a desirable place to live and a welcoming "new hometown for outsiders."
