Tensions flared at the Republican People's Party (CHP) Niğde provincial headquarters as an appointed management team, designated by Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu following a decision of absolute nullity, was prevented from entering the building.

The appointed provincial head, Teyfik Caymaz, arrived with his delegation, accompanied by police, aiming to take control of the party's provincial office. However, they were met with strong opposition from the locally elected CHP management and party members who had gathered to resist the change.

Despite the deployment of additional police forces to manage the escalating situation, the elected management successfully blocked Caymaz and his entourage from accessing the provincial building. Following the confrontation, Caymaz and his delegation were forced to leave the premises without achieving their objective.

CHP Party Assembly Member Erhan Adem shared a video of the incident on social media, stating, "The trustee delegation that came to our Niğde Provincial building returned without looking back." Meanwhile, the party's newly elected leader, Özgür Özel, is expected to visit Niğde on July 13.
