Nissan Refreshes Entry-Level Dayz Mini-MPV with New Colors and Safety Upgrades

Nissan has introduced a refreshed version of its entry-level mini-MPV, the Dayz, in the Japanese market. The updated model boasts new exterior color choices and enhanced safety equipment, aiming to maintain its competitive edge in the affordable vehicle segment. The new model's pricing ranges from 1,500,040 to 2,217,600 Japanese Yen, which translates to approximately 298,000 to 440,000 New Taiwan Dollars, keeping it accessible for budget-conscious buyers.

Visually, the updated Dayz features two new Two-Tone color schemes: Pearl White / Light Coffee and Vanilla White / Celadon Green. The door handles have also been redesigned to match the roof color, creating a more cohesive and striking appearance. In terms of equipment, the new model includes front USB Type-C charging ports and a rear-seat reminder function. The field of view for the front camera has been expanded, improving the performance of the intelligent emergency braking system and bolstering overall driving safety.

Nissan's Nismo sports racing and customization division has also prepared two special edition models for the updated Dayz: the Highway Star Urban Chrome and the Bolero. The Highway Star Urban Chrome variant features dark chrome accents on the grille and tailgate, silver side mirrors, and 15-inch two-tone alloy wheels, projecting a luxurious and cool aesthetic. Inside, it offers soft, waterproof seats for enhanced comfort and a premium feel.

The Bolero edition presents a more elegant and charming style with its exclusive Two-Tone paintwork and 14-inch retro-style white wheels. The interior is finished in beige with pink accents, creating a high-quality and charming cabin atmosphere. These special editions cater to buyers seeking a more personalized and distinctive look for their Dayz.
