Having been brought up in a Christian family, my grandmother was a Christian, My father and mother were staunch Christians. They lived a very gospel-led life but from time to time I ventured into reporting on secular music. In my older days now, I just felt a calling to do gospel. I taught myself to play the guitar and I just felt the inspiration coming to me in the form of songs and melodies.

That really told me that there was something in it and my faith got stronger.
