Norris Dominates Dutch Grand Prix for Second Straight Win

Lando Norris secured a dominant victory at the Dutch Grand Prix, marking his second consecutive win and further solidifying McLaren's resurgence. Starting from pole position, Norris managed a challenging race, ultimately crossing the finish line first at Zandvoort.

"It has been a tough race," Norris stated after the event. "Yesterday I said we would try to put on a great show. It was a good race, well fought and probably one of my best victories. The pace was very strong and I managed everything incredibly well, so I'm happy to have won this last race here in Zandvoort."

The British driver highlighted a crucial overtaking maneuver, explaining, "I knew I wasn't going to have many opportunities and the more laps I spent behind, the fewer opportunities I would have. I saw Lewis defending and I knew that was my moment. I changed the brake balance a bit and knew it was going to be at the braking point, and that won me the race. I played well, I knew what I had to do, I had only one chance and I squeezed it."

Regarding McLaren's improved performance and his prospects for a second Formula One championship, Norris adopted a cautious approach. "It sounds boring, but race by race, it's the truth, I can't think that far ahead," he said. "Now we have a small break after two good weekends and we have to reset, learn everything we can, and there are still many things we can and must improve if we want to fight for the championship."
