“North American desserts in coffee”: Nespresso launches fall limited-edition Vertuo capsule

Nespresso is bringing the flavors of a North American fall dessert to its Vertuo range with a limited-edition cinnamon apple crisp coffee.

The product, announced on the 8th, responds to growing consumer interest in flavored coffee. It draws inspiration from apple crisp, a dessert made with apples and crumble topping, and combines 100% Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia in a medium-dark roast.

Roasted apple and cinnamon notes define the coffee. Depending on the extraction mode and milk combination, consumers can use it in recipes including iced and hot lattes.

Nespresso is also launching fall-themed accessories alongside the capsule, including a travel mug in autumn colors, a barista cappuccino cup set, and Pixie espresso cups. The company’s Nespresso Professional business line will offer pumpkin spice coffee for offices and other business spaces.
