North Korea's top diplomat, Choe Son-hui, declared in Moscow that her country will continue to back Russia's "sacred struggle" and its leader, Vladimir Putin. The North Korean foreign minister met with Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, emphasizing Pyongyang's unwavering support for what Russia terms its "special military operation" in Ukraine.

Choe described Russia's actions as a "holy struggle" aimed at addressing the root causes of the Ukraine crisis and defending the nation's sovereignty and territorial integrity. She stated that North Korea's position on this matter remains unchanged. The meeting between the two foreign ministers highlighted the deepening ties between the two nations.
