Prime Minister Tarique Rahman led a high-level meeting focused on tackling traffic congestion and enhancing the nation's traffic management system. The session, held at the Public Administration Conference Room of the Cabinet Division in the Secretariat, marked the third such discussion on the critical issue.

During the meeting, officials provided updates and reviewed the progress of various ongoing initiatives designed to alleviate traffic bottlenecks and streamline the movement of vehicles. The discussions centered on practical strategies and ongoing projects aimed at improving overall traffic flow across the country.

According to Prime Minister’s Deputy Press Secretary Jahidul Islam Rony, the meeting was convened to assess the effectiveness of current measures and to chart a course for future improvements in traffic management. The emphasis was on concrete actions and the modernization of systems to ensure more efficient and less congested roadways.
