Emphasizing that there is "no scope for spreading misinformation or confusion on this issue," the Power Division clarified that customers who genuinely believe their electricity bills are excessively high can still submit applications with supporting documentation to the relevant authorities. The division assured that effective measures would be implemented after a thorough examination of these complaints.
