Monthly statistics revealed that the platform handled a significant volume of public feedback. Specifically, 60 reports were submitted and processed, addressing environmental concerns. Additionally, 29 inquiries were received and answered, providing information and clarification to the public. The platform also facilitated the submission and completion of 11 suggestions aimed at improving environmental initiatives.
