A recent survey reveals that "official authorization and original manufacturer warranty" is the top concern for consumers, with 31.8% of respondents citing it as their most important factor when buying phones. This indicates a growing demand for trust and reliability in online retail for expensive electronics.

Following closely behind, 19.9% of consumers stated that "comprehensive after-sales service from the online retailer" is crucial for their purchasing decisions. Other significant considerations include "trade-in offers for old devices" (14.0%), "member discounts and instant rebates" (13.3%), and "0% interest credit card installments" (12.5%). A notable 8.5% also expressed a desire for "next-day delivery," highlighting the importance of speed and convenience.
