OPCA: Which benefits are paid on July 31 - All amounts and beneficiaries

Greece's social welfare organization, OPCA, is set to release a significant package of social benefits and aid on Friday, July 31. Thousands of beneficiaries are awaiting the funds to be deposited into their accounts.

The payments include the third bi-monthly installment of the Child Benefit (A21) for the May-June period, provided that applications have been finalized and approved. This benefit is part of a broader package of social assistance being disbursed.

Other benefits scheduled for payment include the Minimum Guaranteed Income (formerly KEA), Housing Benefit, Birth Grant, disability benefits, and aid for expatriates, uninsured elderly individuals, and those receiving housing assistance. Payments also cover funeral expenses, benefits for mountainous and disadvantaged areas, support for debtors with "red" loans, and financial aid for protected children of natural disaster victims.

Additionally, OPCA will provide support for vulnerable debtors, foster care benefits, and the Personal Assistant program. A specific benefit for uninsured elderly individuals who are members of the Greek minority in Albania is also included.

For the Child Benefit (A21), recipients must have submitted and had their applications approved by the system to qualify for the July 31 payment. Applications still in temporary storage or incomplete are not considered valid. Beneficiaries can check their application status on the OPCA's electronic platform and gov.gr to confirm finalization before the payment date.
