Osun entrepreneur gifts school materials to 600 pupils

Alhaji Abdul-Quadri Giwa, an entrepreneur and philanthropist, has distributed educational materials to 600 pupils across the Osun West Senatorial District in Nigeria. The initiative coincided with the 2026 Eid-el-Kabir celebration, aiming to foster learning and share the holiday's joy with local children.

Giwa's distribution, which took place on May 27 and 28, included essential school supplies such as exercise books and school bags. The pupils also received sweets, biscuits, and fruit juice, making the event a festive occasion. Both the beneficiaries and their parents expressed gratitude for the gesture, recognizing it as a significant demonstration of Giwa's dedication to education and youth development.
