Otti congratulates Ngige, Obiano on birthdays

Abia State Governor Alex Otti has celebrated the birthdays of two former governors of Anambra State, Chris Ngige and Willie Obiano. Otti extended his felicitations to Ngige on his 74th birthday and Obiano on his 71st.

I feel elated to celebrate my brother and friend, Senator Ngige (Onwa), as he marks his 74th birthday anniversary. I am even more elated that he is celebrating in sound health.

In separate goodwill messages, Otti lauded both leaders for their significant contributions to public service, stating that their work continues to inspire. He described Ngige, a former Anambra governor, senator, and minister, as an illustrious Nigerian and statesman whose dedication to nation-building deserves recognition. Otti expressed delight that Ngige was celebrating his milestone birthday in good health.

Senator Ngige is an illustrious Nigerian and statesman who has distinguished himself and contributed immensely to the development of Anambra in particular, and Nigeria in general, through his service as governor, senator, and minister; hence, my conviction that he is deserving of celebration at 74.

Otti also commended Obiano for his service, acknowledging his background as a former bank executive and his tenure as governor. He expressed confidence that Obiano would continue to dedicate himself to serving humanity. On behalf of his family, the government, and the people of Abia State, Otti wished both former governors many more years of good health and continued contributions to Nigeria's development.
