Pakistan, New Zealand seek to boost cooperation in agri, education sectors

Pakistan and New Zealand are strengthening their bilateral ties, with a particular focus on boosting cooperation in the agriculture and education sectors. This renewed commitment was solidified during the third Pakistan-New Zealand Joint Trade Committee (JTC) meeting and the fifth round of Political Consultations held in Wellington.

Pakistan's role in de-escalating Middle East tensions and its concerns regarding the Indus Waters Treaty were also discussed, with New Zealand acknowledging Pakistan's constructive role in the Middle East peace process.
