Panama strengthens role as Latin American business leadership hub with 5th Summit

Panama is set to solidify its position as a hub for business leadership in Latin America with the upcoming 5th International Leadership Summit. The event, scheduled for September 10 at the Panama Convention Center, will bring together over 400 executives and decision-makers from across the region.

The summit's focus will be on how leaders can navigate and capitalize on disruption in an era increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence. International experts Patrick Leddin and Ryan McInerney, both associated with Franklin Covey, will share insights from their research and practical experience. Leddin, co-author of the bestseller "Disrupt Everything, and Win," specializes in leadership and culture transformation. McInerney, an expert in AI transformation, has spent over two decades helping organizations align teams and achieve sustainable results through technological innovation.

Alan Fine, co-founder of InsideOut Development and author of "You Already Know How to Be Great," will also present. Fine's work centers on unlocking human potential within organizations, emphasizing that optimal performance often stems from cultivating existing capabilities rather than solely acquiring new ones. His methodologies have been applied globally by top executives and companies.
