Pancasila Day Ceremony Commander Summoned by President Prabowo

President Prabowo Subianto commended the Commander of the Pancasila Day ceremony, held on Monday, June 1, 2026, at the Pancasila Building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jakarta, for its excellent execution. Prabowo considered the ceremony a success and specifically praised Colonel Inf. Didin Nasrudin Darsono for his role.

After receiving a report from Colonel Darsono confirming the ceremony's completion, Prabowo expressed his appreciation. "Thank you for the good execution of the ceremony, thank you. Commander of the ceremony, please face me, thank you," Prabowo stated. Colonel Darsono, born in Sidoarjo, East Java, on July 5, 1979, is a graduate of the Military Academy in 2001 and currently serves as the Head of the Territorial Section at Korem 163/Wirasatya Bali.

The Pancasila Day ceremony commenced with the singing of the national anthem "Indonesia Raya" and a moment of silence. This was followed by the reading of the Pancasila text by MPR Chairman Ahmad Muzani and the 1945 Constitution by DPD Chairman Sultan Bahtiar Najamuddin. President Prabowo then delivered his address as the inspector of the ceremony.

In his speech, Prabowo highlighted his administration's ongoing efforts toward national transformation, aligning with the principles of Pancasila. He acknowledged that significant change is challenging and may face obstacles, resistance, and opposition from groups who benefit from corruption and illegal economic activities. He urged the nation to be brave in making difficult but correct decisions and to defend the people, even against those who seek to weaken the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). The theme for this year's commemoration was "Pancasila: The Unifier of the Nation, The Foundation of World Peace."
