Among the key legislative business listed for the day are a bill to raise the sanctioned strength of Supreme Court judges to 37 and amendments concerning the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. Additionally, the government plans to present legislation establishing a statutory framework for the Indian Statistical Institute and a bill to modernize the laws governing evidence in bankers' books, aligning them with current digital banking practices.

The opposition, however, remains focused on specific issues, demanding accountability from the government. Congress Rajya Sabha MP Renuka Chowdhury has filed an Adjournment Motion Notice, calling for an immediate discussion on the financial transparency and functioning of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. The notice seeks the suspension of normal parliamentary proceedings to allow for a debate on the need for an independent audit of the Trust's accounts.
