PASE-U: IFARHU announces card distribution for first payment in Tortí

The Institute for the Training and Human Resources Development (IFARHU) announced that the distribution of cards for the first payment of the 2026 Universal Educational Social Assistance Program (PASE-U) will commence next week in Tortí. The distribution event is slated for Friday, August 28, 2026, operating from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., according to the schedule released by the institution.

This initiative targets beneficiaries from numerous educational centers across the region. The distribution points will be located in communities within the districts of Chepo and Chimán, as well as in the Guna de Madugandí comarca and other areas of the Darién province. IFARHU has outlined a comprehensive list of included educational institutions, ranging from Escuela Pintupo and Escuela Icanti to Escuela Tortí and C.E.B.G. 10 de Noviembre.
