Pep Guardiola's emotional farewell to Manchester City: 'Why do you love me so much?'

It has been a lot of fun," he added, noting that a stand at the stadium will also bear his name.

Before the match against Aston Villa, which City lost, fans displayed a tifo reading: "10 years with Pep," "Changed the game," "Made history," and "City forever." The ceremony also paid tribute to Bernardo Silva and John Stones, who are also departing the club. Guardiola's departure marks the end of a highly successful era for Manchester City.
