Pérez admits Cadillac struggles: 'We haven't been improving'

Sergio Pérez has voiced concerns over Cadillac's performance, stating the team has "not been improving" in recent Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends. The Mexican driver finished a disappointing 15th in the Dutch Grand Prix, a result buoyed by multiple retirements among other competitors. While Pérez noted his pace was acceptable, he admitted to expecting a significantly better outcome.

His teammate, Valtteri Bottas, also retired from the Dutch race due to car issues. Pérez elaborated on his worries in the "Beyond the Grid" podcast, describing a sense of stagnation within the team over the last few races. He believes that as a new team, Cadillac should be actively developing its car and collecting better results.
