The blogger, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, experienced significant blood loss and faces a long recovery, according to a statement released on his website. He is reportedly being held under Florida's Baker Act, which provides services for individuals experiencing mental health crises. Lavandeira, a father of three, is expected to undergo surgery. TikTok stated that its automated systems flagged the livestream within minutes, but a moderator error led to a delay in its removal. The company alerted law enforcement and subsequently banned the account. Hilton, known for his celebrity gossip blog launched in 2005, has previously expressed regret for his past harsh commentary on celebrities.
