Philips offers 30% discount on power banks in Taiwan trade-in promotion

Philips is collaborating with Quan Guo Electronics in Taiwan to offer consumers a 30% discount on its GoodCube series of semi-solid power banks through a trade-in program. This initiative aims to address growing consumer concerns about the safety of aging power banks, which can pose risks due to internal cell degradation and potential damage from daily use.

The promotion, valid until September 30, allows customers to bring any brand of old power bank to over 300 Quan Guo Electronics stores nationwide. Upon verification by store staff, customers can purchase a Philips GoodCube series power bank at a discounted price. Additionally, registered members of the "Shuang Quan" lifestyle platform can avail an extended 1+1 year warranty.

The Philips GoodCube series offers four distinct models catering to different user needs. The GoodCube Max boasts a 20,000mAh capacity with a retractable 70cm cable. The GoodCube Slim is a lightweight, palm-sized option weighing around 200 grams. The GoodCube Pro supports up to 35W PD fast charging, while the GoodCube Plus features a built-in phone stand and an LED display for remaining battery life. The discounted prices range from NT$1,295 to NT$1,903.
