'Phone Call' Allegation: Mansur Yavaş Addresses Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu Report

Ankara Mayor Mansur Yavaş's office has firmly denied allegations of a phone conversation between the mayor and Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu following a rally in Güvenpark. The denial came in response to a report published by a newspaper columnist.

The columnist, Can Ataklı, wrote in his column that a source close to Kılıçdaroğlu claimed Yavaş had called the former CHP leader. This assertion has been directly refuted by Yavaş's press unit.

The statement further added that if the newspaper had inquired, Yavaş's office would have provided information confirming the absence of such a call, including records of Yavaş's actual phone conversations on that day. The report emerged after CHP leader Özgür Özel held a public gathering in Güvenpark, which Yavaş attended.
