Pirita District Office Wades Through Ankle-Deep Water

The Pirita district government office in Tallinn is struggling with water that enters the building after every heavy rainfall.

The building stands on Kloostri Road beside the Pirita River. District head Kaido Saarniit said the situation had become a persistent problem.
