For years, the former celebrated player has been developing real estate in the Serbian capital. His most ambitious project to date is the "King's Circle Residences," a mixed-use complex situated in the Slavija district. This venture showcases his commitment to diversifying his professional interests beyond the football pitch.

Stanković's entrepreneurial journey began spectacularly in 2005 with the opening of a restaurant and a fashion boutique in Belgrade, bringing international brands to the region. Though he later divested from these specific businesses, his continued investment in real estate demonstrates a long-term vision. His return to Red Star as coach saw him secure three consecutive Serbian league titles, but the elusive Champions League qualification ultimately led to his departure, paving the way for his focus on his burgeoning business empire.
