South Korean bakery giant Sung Sim Dang is delighting customers by reintroducing two of its beloved seasonal fruit desserts: the "Annyeong Crepe" and the "Fresh Tangerine Siru." These popular items, known for their summery flavors, are back to meet high consumer demand, reminiscent of past "sold-out" frenzies.

Many people have been waiting for the Annyeong Crepe to return.

The "Annyeong Crepe," first launched in October 2024, has become a yearly favorite for its harmonious blend of seasonal fruits and delicate crepes. The bakery describes the dessert as featuring meticulously baked crepe layers interspersed with moist cake, complemented by rich custard and smooth fresh cream. A vibrant mix of fruits, including Shine Muscat grapes, tangerines, kiwi, and yellow peaches, adds a burst of fresh sweetness with every bite.

Joining the "Annyeong Crepe" is the "Fresh Tangerine Siru," a steamed rice cake that captures the essence of summer. Sung Sim Dang announced its return, highlighting the refreshing combination of sweet fresh tangerines and tangy yogurt cream. This dessert is available at the Cake Boutique main branch and DCC branch starting July 9th, and at the Lotte branch from July 11th.
