POSCO E&C to launch 'The Sharp Triscent' apartment sales in Busan this month

POSCO E&C is preparing to launch sales for its new apartment complex, 'The Sharp Triscent,' located in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan. The development, situated at 334 Munhyeon-dong, is slated to begin sales this month. The complex will comprise six buildings, reaching up to 35 floors high, and will house a total of 803 units. The available unit sizes range from 59 to 84 square meters, with 156 units designated for general sale to the public. The Sharp Triscent is part of ongoing urban regeneration projects in the Munhyeon-dong area, which includes the redevelopment of zones 1 and 3. Approximately 20,000 units are planned through surrounding redevelopment initiatives, indicating significant future growth in the neighborhood. Residents will benefit from the combined amenities of both Daeyeon-dong and Munhyeon-dong. The complex is conveniently located near Jigegol Station on Busan Metro Line 2, providing easy access to major city areas via Suyeong-ro, Beonyeong-ro, and the Dongseo Elevated Road. Educational institutions such as Sinyeon Elementary School, Daeyeon Middle School, Haeyeon Middle School, Jungang High School, and Munhyeon Girls' High School are also nearby.
