Private sector renews call to reform Part-Time Employment Law to expand job opportunities

The private sector is again pressing for changes to Honduras’ Part-Time Employment Law, arguing that the legislation should be reviewed to expand employment opportunities.

Jaar said officials need to examine the various points and proposals put forward by business representatives. The goal, he said, is to build rules that respond to the needs of both companies and workers.
