PX Pay launches September travel campaign with up to 25% rewards in South Korea

PX Pay is turning its app into a travel rewards hub in September, with the biggest incentives aimed at Taiwanese travelers heading to South Korea.

From Sept. 1, users who register through the app’s homepage and spend at designated travel outlets will receive 4% in PX Points on every purchase. The campaign covers both overseas package tours and domestic trips, as well as flights, accommodation, transport and attraction tickets.

The app’s built-in travel section will also allow customers to book itineraries, airport transfers, eSIM cards and travel insurance. Those purchases can generate combined rewards of up to 8%. Customers using the section will also have a chance to win round-trip tickets to Japan for two people.

Participating brands include Lion Travel, Cola Tours, Phoenix Tours, KKday, ezTravel, JetFi Mobile and AsiaYo. PX Pay said the travel section is designed to bring bookings that are often spread across different platforms into one place.

In South Korea, users can pay by looking for ZeroPay or HIVEX signs. PX Pay has also partnered with The Hyundai Seoul, where spending at least NT$1,000 in a month earns 100 PX Points. Combined with other promotions, South Korea spending can deliver rewards of up to 25%. The service also supports bus payments on Jeju Island, allowing travelers to pay for local transport without preparing coins or topping up a transit card.
