The recent "Congelados" (Frozen) segments, featuring visits from contestants' mothers and daughters, failed to reignite audience interest, with ratings dropping significantly from the previous day's elimination gala. Analysts suggest that the daily broadcasts, possibly due to production costs, are not capturing viewers who no longer adhere to fixed viewing schedules. Furthermore, the introduction of celebrities, intended to add drama, has reportedly angered viewers, and the constant influx and exit of participants, along with rule changes, have generated discontent.

Despite these struggles, "Gran Hermano" still holds the title of the most-watched program on open television. However, the landscape is shifting, with eltrece's talent show "Es mi sueño," hosted by Guido Kaczka, emerging as a strong performer. As the show enters its quarterfinals, it is drawing impressive numbers, recently recording 7.2 points and ranking among the day's top five most-watched programs. The competition, which seeks to discover the nation's next star, continues to captivate audiences with compelling participant stories and displays of talent.
