Reality star Gustav Salinas bought his first home as a teenager. He now owns nine, and they all have one thing in common

Gustav Salinas was only 18 or 19 when he bought his first apartment. It was a cooperative home in Nørrebro, part of an estate that needed renovation and several kilometres from Frederiksberg, where he had actually hoped to live.

The reality star bought the apartment without a single krone for a down payment. He later sold it for a million-kroner profit and now owns nine properties. In a new podcast, he shares his best advice for getting onto Copenhagen’s housing market.
