Reckitt Nigeria Appoints New Board Directors

Reckitt Nigeria has announced the appointment of Mrs. Toyin Ojora Saraki and Prince Abimbola Olashore as Independent Non-Executive Directors, bolstering its board as the company pursues its strategic objectives in Nigeria. These appointments follow the recent passing of the company's Board Chairman, Chief Michael Olumuyiwa Falomo, whose long-standing leadership significantly contributed to Reckitt Nigeria's growth and governance.

Mrs. Toyin Ojora Saraki brings a wealth of experience as the Founder-President of The Wellbeing Foundation Africa and a prominent global advocate for women's and children's health. Her two decades of leadership encompass maternal, newborn, and child health, gender equity, and community well-being. She also holds key advisory roles with international institutions, including the World Health Organization and the World Economic Forum. Her expertise in public health and sustainability is expected to provide valuable insights for Reckitt's mission.

Prince Abimbola Olashore, a Chartered Accountant, offers over thirty years of experience in the financial services sector, including banking, investment management, and corporate advisory. As the Founder and CEO of Lead Capital Plc, he has a proven track record in driving strategic growth and organizational transformation. He also holds significant leadership positions within the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce and the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and chairs the ESG Committee of the Chartered Institute of Directors. His deep knowledge of financial strategy and corporate governance will support Reckitt Nigeria's long-term ambitions.
