Relief has reached everywhere except helicopter-only zones, disaster authority says

Relief materials have reached most flood-affected areas in Nepal, according to Dr. Dharmaraj Upreti, executive chief of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority.

Speaking at a program organized by the authority in Kathmandu on Monday, Upreti said relief had reached all areas except the most remote locations that require helicopter transport.
